Sub: Order under Sections 11, 11(4) and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992, read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices relating to the Securities Market) Regulations, 2003 and Section 12A of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 read with Regulation 49 of Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) Regulations, 2012 in the case of NSE Co-location
SEBI vide its Order no. WTM/GM/EFD/03/2018-19 dated April 30, 2019 has inter-alia prohibited National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) (PAN: AAACN1797L) from accessing the securities market directly or indirectly for a period of six (6) months from the date of this order:
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
